Football Legend Diego Maradona dies at 60, leaves behind a legacy
Football Legend Diego Maradona is dead. The Argentinian footballer died of a heart attack. He was just 60 years of age. Maradona was out of the hospital just 3 weeks before for a brain-related problem. The legend has left the world for good. He leaves behind a legacy, which only a few can dream about.
The Footballer was a heartthrob of the soccer fans while he played the game representing Argentina. He was always in the news even after he retired from the game. His addiction to alcohol and drugs kept him on the media pages. Maradona had himself in 1996 publicly said that — “I was, am and will always be a drug addict”. He had faced an overdose in 2000. Maradona never shied away from sharing his views on the present Argentinian soccer. He was a coach of Gimnasia y Esgrima in Argentina.

Maradona was part of the world cup victorious Argentinian team in the year 1986. The famous “Hand of God” is attributed to him. The goal changed the tournament as England was out with the result of the game.
Maradona and health issues
Maradona was lately facing issues with weight. He had even undergone treatment for the same. He had a long history of health-related issues. The legend had already faced a heart attack in 2004. During the last world cup in Russia, the soccer star was seen in an executive box almost passed out.
